Harrumph. Once again snow forecast and not a sign of it. Severe weather warnings from the Region once again. Actually it’s a calm pleasant evening hovering somewhere over zero. Might get a bit breezy tomorrow. The nanny state, insure against everything culture doesn’t actually make any of us much safer and doesn’t actually help us plan for what is actually going to happen.
We must be able to strike a better balance around managing and therefore both preventing and taking risk.
