or FRIENDSHIP as the antidote is called
These ‘interesting times’ mean may people have been deprived of friendship. That’s often called ‘Loneliness’. I understand the suicide rate has doubled. That’s not good. Is it?
Some people have been in lockdown with people they don’t want to be with. Reluctant flat mates. Failed partnerships.
People who are normally very stable have become depressed.
Just as the mental health services shut down. Were they fit for purpose in the first place?
Well, if that’s you: cheer up. You always have a friend. There’s always someone available to talk with you.
You don’t have to be alone. There is always someone out there willing to listen. Just look online.
