Aye well. We go through the winter with good crops of leeks, jerusalem artichokes, kale, cabbage and cauliflowers. Then things warm up and suddenly we get great things. One kilo of wild garlic pesto made today. The last jar of last year’s was labelled May so we are over a month ahead of that. And it’s yummy.
Can we have a recipe please Graham
If that’s for wild garlic it’s on the Journal yesterday. You weren’t the first to ask.
