Food Preservation Course

As the Autumn Harvests draw to a close meet with a small select group to discover how our relatively short harvest season can be turned into year round provisions- pickling, fermenting, bottling, jams jellies chutneys, ice cream and sorbets, freezing drying and a whole lot more.

During Covid this courrse is suspended.  We’ll let you know as soon as it is safe to start again.
