I hope that I’m not speaking too soon, particularly as this is the frosty sight that met me as I travelled to Coldstream this morning
( temperature -4C!) …….
… but there are signs of life in the garden and it is wonderful to see the snowdrops.
The frost meant that it was more indoor work today; giving the summerhouse a good clean and tidy ready for the new growing season. Here is the before and after!
In a couple of months this room will be packed full of seedlings getting an early boost before being planted in the forest garden.
