Business Planning

Well if you don’t know your destination how will you ever know if you get there?

Think of it as if you were navigating a boat.  You are at point A.  You wish to go to point B.   If you plot a course at angle X you’ll arrive there?  No!

Business is like sailing because the winds of change are blowing and you’ll veer off course.  You have to have enough assets to get you there.  And you have to know how to confront challenges along the way.  Are your crew good enough? (Nobody sails a ship alone!).  Is your ship well enough designed to defeat contrary circumstances.  Is the whole exercise worth it at all?

Of course in business we are talking about product, service, pricing, suppliers, competition, risk managemanet, team building, cash flow, profit and loss.  Business is an immensely complicated business.  But I am a Master Mariner in these waters.  Are you?  Maybe you would like to find out if my help is useful to you?

I will insist you plan.  And I can show you how to do it.

All aboard!
